Quick to prepare and very refreshing, the tofu [1] in this recipe will help to keep you cool on a sunny day.

Ingredients
10g Clearspring Wakame Flakes [2]
1tbsp Clearspring Tamari Soya Sauce
[3]1tbsp Clearspring Balsamic Vinegar [4]
4tbsp Clearspring Avocado Oil [5]
300g Clearspring Tofu
[6]300g tomatoes
Method
- Soak the wakame flakes in warm water for about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the tamari, balsamic vinegar and avocado oil together. - Cut the tofu and tomatoes into 1cm pieces and add the drained wakame.
- Drizzle with the dressing and serve.
