Export Sales Administrator
- - Working within the Export Sales Department, managing Export sales orders
- - Working closely with the Export Sales Manager, following up any sales queries and new product launches
Key Duties Specific to Main Roles:
- Dealing with internal and customer queries, by responding efficiently and effectively to ensure that all queries are dealt with properly.
- Receiving orders by e-mail or fax, ensuring that all information is processed correctly onto SAGE and EXACT, so that orders can be picked at the warehouse.
- Communicating with the warehouse, to ensure orders are picked correctly and orders leave the warehouse as planned.
- Raising credit / debit notes, when necessary so that accounts are kept up-to-date.
- Managing the customer account details, credit insurance, promotions and payments.
- Working with Transport companies and sending Transport orders when requested. Also working with the Logistics Manager, if problems occur.
- Issuing export documentation for customers when necessary.
- Following up samples sent to customers, to help encourage customers to list new products.
Secondary Roles:
- Managing Price Lists.
- Back up for UK Sales Administrator.
We are looking for a motivated person with excellent customer service and computer skills. Preferably with experience in the import and export branch.
It is essential that the candidate holds a valid UK work permit.
