Export Sales Administrator

  • - Working within the Export Sales Department, managing Export sales orders
  • - Working closely with the Export Sales Manager, following up any sales queries and new product launches

Key Duties Specific to Main Roles:

  1. Dealing with internal and customer queries, by responding efficiently and effectively to ensure that all queries are dealt with properly.
  2. Receiving orders by e-mail or fax, ensuring that all information is processed correctly onto SAGE and EXACT, so that orders can be picked at the warehouse.
  3. Communicating with the warehouse, to ensure orders are picked correctly and orders leave the warehouse as planned.
  4. Raising credit / debit notes, when necessary so that accounts are kept up-to-date.
  5. Managing the customer account details, credit insurance, promotions and payments.
  6. Working with Transport companies and sending Transport orders when requested. Also working with the Logistics Manager, if problems occur.
  7. Issuing export documentation for customers when necessary.
  8. Following up samples sent to customers, to help encourage customers to list new products.

Secondary Roles:

  1. Managing Price Lists.
  2. Back up for UK Sales Administrator.
We are looking for a motivated person with excellent customer service and computer skills. Preferably with experience in the import and export branch.
It is essential that the candidate holds a valid UK work permit.
