A selection of our favourite salad dressing recipes.
To prepare each recipe, simply blend the ingredients together, diluting with a little water as needed.
Orange Miso:
1 tbsp Clearspring Organic Hazelnut Oil [1] [1] or Organic Omega Oil [2] [2]
Rind and juice of half an orange
1 tbsp Clearspring Organic Sweet White Miso [3] [3]
Japanese Classic:
1 tbsp Clearspring Organic Sesame Oil [4] [4]
1 tbsp Clearspring Organic Shoyu [5] [5] or Organic Tamari [6] [6] soya sauce
2 tbsp Clearspring Rice Mirin [7] [7] or Clearspring Organic Mikawa Mirin [8] [8]
2 tbsp Clearspring Organic Brown Rice Vinegar [9] [9]
Toasted Sesame and Ginger:
1 tsp Clearspring Toasted Sesame Oil [10] [10]
1 tbsp Clearspring Organic Shoyu [5] [11] or Organic Tamari [6] [12] soya sauce
1-2 tsp juice squeezed from freshly grated ginger root
2 tbsp Clearspring Malt Syrup [11] [13], Clearspring Rice Mirin [7] [14] or Clearspring Organic Mikawa Mirin [8] [15]
Sweet Mustard Pickle:
1 tbsp Clearspring Organic Styrian Toasted Pumpkin Seed Oil [12] [16] or Clearspring Organic Omega Oil
[2] [17]2 tbsp capers or chopped gherkin pickles
1 tsp prepared mustard
2 tbsp concentrated apple juice
Water
All Dressed Up:
1 tbsp Clearspring Organic Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil [13] [18] or Clearspring Organic Omega Oil [2] [19]
1/2 tsp Clearspring Umeboshi Puree [14] [20]
1 tbsp Clearspring Organic Balsamic Vinegar [15] [21] or Clearspring Organic Vintage Aged Balsamic Vinegar

2 tbsp lightly roasted pine kernels
1/2 clove of fresh garlic
Tart and Tangy:
