This creamy, slightly sweet, yet tart dressing is terrific on vegetable, grain and pasta salads.
Makes 1 cup
Ingredients:
1/3 jar (130g) Clearspring Organic Amazake [1] [1]
2 tbsp Clearspring Organic Sesame Oil [2] [2]
2 tbsp Clearspring Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil [3] [3]
1/4 cup (60ml) Clearspring Organic Brown Rice Vinegar [4] [4] or Clearspring Organic White Wine Vinegar
[5] [5]1 tbsp Clearspring Organic Brown Rice Miso [6] [6]
1 clove garlic, sliced
Method:
Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Pour into a jar, and if time allows, chill slightly before serving. Shake well before using.
