Our Japanese rice cakes have always been popular, and they are now set to become even more so with the introduction of a delicious new Miso variety.
As with all our other rice cakes, they are made from quality rice, baked to a perfectly light, crisp texture and seasoned with natural, carefully selected seasonings with no artificial additives. In this case, the flavour of brown rice miso gives the cakes an intensely satisfying savoury taste. Another wonderful product from our producers the Ono family, who make all of our rice cakes in Iwate prefecture in rural north-east Japan.
