Noodles are a healthy and tasty alternative to pasta or grains, ideal in a wide range of Japanese, Oriental and Western dishes, and none more so that Clearspring’s range of organic oriental noodles.
Leading the range is our Organic All Buckwheat Soba, made by Yoshiaki Sakurai in Gifu, central Japan. These special wheat free noodles, now in redesigned packaging, are made with organically grown Japanese buckwheat and a little sea salt. They have a delicious and wholesome taste.
The rest of the range is made by a Japanese producer, Ogura, based in northeast China, in accordance with certified organic standards, and will also be appearing soon in new look packaging. Try using our soba and udon in soups, stir-fries, salads and more, and discover for yourself the deliciousness and versatility of noodles!
