Clearspring’s Organic Japanese Rice Crackers are flavourful and wheat-free, and are specially made in Japan to a traditional recipe using organic sweet rice and natural seasonings.

Their unique texture comes from sweet rice, also used to make mochi, which has a sticky quality, creating a firm, crunchy texture when baked. They come in two delicious flavours, and can be enjoyed straight from the pack or served with drinks.

Clearspring Organic Rice Crackers are made by the one hundred year-old Uegaki Beika Company in Kobe, using organic ingredients and avoiding any refined sugars, flavour enhancers, colourings, preservatives or leavenings.
