Tsuyu is a flavourful and versatile stock. The goodness of shiitake mushrooms is highly concentrated and blended with our own soya sauce. The addition of Mikawa Mirin rounds out the taste and provides a mild sweetness.
Simply dilute to be used as soup stock, tempura dip of oriental type dressings.
Ingredients: Water, organic soya sauce (whole soya beans, wholewheat, water, sea salt) (29%), Mikawa mirin (sweet rice, cultured rice, water) (15%), sea salt, shiitake mushrooms (3%), kombu sea vegetable.
