Clearspring Organic Rice Crackers are flavourful, wheat-free and made to a traditional recipe in Japan using special organic sweet rice and natural seasonings.

Their unique texture comes from the sweet rice (mochigome) that has a sticky quality that when baked puffs up to give a firm, crunchy textured cracker that can be enjoyed straight from the pack or served with drinks.

Clearspring Organic Rice Crackers are made by the one hundred year-old Uegaki Beika company in Kobe, using organic ingredients and avoiding any refined sugars, flavour enhancers, colourings, preservatives or leavenings.
