Organic Udon

Clearspring Organic Udon is a thick, flat, cream-coloured Japanese wheat noodle that becomes soft when cooked, and can readily absorb the flavour of seasonings.

For this reason udon is traditionally served in a broth or with a strongly flavoured dipping sauce, but is also delicious stir-fried or used to make noodle salads.

Udon is easy to digest, and laboratory experiments in Japan using digestive enzymes and controlled temperatures have shown that it dissolves much faster than other types of noodles and pasta.

Clearspring Organic Udon has a silky, smooth texture and come conveniently packaged with three ribbon-tied, serving-size bundles in each 250g pack.
