Summer is in the air!

I have divided my time since 1980 between Europe and Japan, enjoying the East and the West.

Summer in the UK, I think of strawberries, asparagus and lovely English roses. Summer in Japan, I think of freshly cooked edamame soya beans, chilled tofu, thin soba noodles and the lovely gingko leaves.

Nature is so abundant.

I have travelled the world since 1974, promoting organic agriculture and traditional food production.
I am totally convinced that nature will guarantee us enough food, as long as there is a genuine "Mutual Respect".

I sincerely believe there is NO food shortage, NO land shortage. We can reach new heights of prosperity and reduce fuel consumption through:

  • Eating more organic wholegrains and vegetables as our staple foods, to reduce over cropping for animal feed 
  • Sustainable organic agriculture with more biodiversity in crops
  • Learning once again to live and eat with the seasons, rather than forcing nature to produce crops out of season

Sounds simple? Give it a try. It works well for my family and 4 children.
