Keeping to your New Year’s resolutions?
I am committed and constantly busy on mine, which are to make the Clearspring brand completely organic by 2012, my personal Olympic marathon.
I do this to help farmers and food producers switch to sustainable agriculture. Good soil husbandry gives proven results and harvests. Protect the soil and our children and future generations can enjoy an abundance of nutritious food. The opposite brings land erosion and famines.
Clearspring will be launching a bunch of new and delicious foods in 2010, all organic and healthy choices, using the best ingredients. Also, we are continuing to upgrade our website, adding in more easy recipes and useful information.
