Her blog, Fuss Free Flavours, aims to be just that - quick, easy, accessible, affordable cooking, with a good dose of baking thrown in too. Helen is passionate that good healthy food should be available to all, and that cooking can; and should be an enjoyable activity for everyone.
Fuss Free Flavours has a large number of vegan and vegetarian recipes, as Helen believes that a primarily plant based diet is more sustainable, affordable, healthier and can do more to combat climate change that most other measures.
