This month our spotlight illuminates Derek Przybycien and his passion for oatcakes.

  1. How long have you been with Clearspring: 9 months
  2. Favourite Clearspring product: Organic Oatcakes with Sea Vegetable and Black Pepper.
  3. How do I eat them: One by one, with my bare hand. But seriously, I just eat ‘em plain with some sweet juice (pear or apple) to underscore the spicy tang.
  4. Best part of working for Clearspring: Cooking meals for lunch using our great products!
